Shipping Times
Domestic (Jamaica): 2–5 business days after dispatch. International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs. Contact us via WhatsApp before ordering internationally to confirm availability to your region.
Packaging
All products are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Peptide vials are packaged to prevent breakage. Lyophilized (unmixed) peptides do not require cold-chain shipping but should be refrigerated upon receipt.
Storage on Arrival
Store all peptide vials refrigerated at 2–8°C immediately upon receipt. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not freeze. Once reconstituted, use within 28 days.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
